The missing method parse(java.io.InputStream) was the cause of the
failure.
It has been replaced.
Reopened as Stanbol is no longer building due to rules.web using a method

The Stanbol Rules grammar has been modified in order to accept literals or variables as first and second parameter of GreaterThan and LessThan atoms.
