[ACS41][QA] Where are artifacts listed as repo-ccp.citrix.com coming from?

CLOUDSTACK-1228 notes that the source material is from
http://repo-ccp.citrix.com/releases/ASF/rhel/6.3/4.1/CloudStack-non-OSS-11-rhel6.3.tar.gz

What's this repo? How do non-Citrix folks get access to it?

Chip,

This is build done internally. Shouldn't be published externally as there is no use for it in ACS. Code base same as ACS 41

Thanks
