https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=51012
Summary: Apache Crashes when I visit http://localhot/
Product: Apache httpd-2
Version: 2.2-HEAD
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: support
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: tamir_gadot1@hotmail.com
I have difficulty to use Apache.
I tried to use some versions of Apache, include 2.2.17.
The first time I start apache it workds fine.
If I restart apache it gets an error and should be closed.
Then, I'm trying to start apache again and it works after I close httpd.exe.
I try to enter http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1, and it drops an error:
Teaching on "0x6eed568c" made reference to memory in - "0x6eef4210". Memory
could not be "read".
I don't have an advanced knowladge, and I used WampServer V2.0 and V2.1 to
develop websites with PHP and MySQL.
The problem occurred suddenly. I don't know exactly what caused to this
problem.
Thank you for your support,
Tamir

I try to run httpd using cmd of Windows.
The problem occurs after I try to shutdown Apache or connect to
http://localhost/.
It throws an error and closes.
I tried to reinstall to service and it also doesn't help.
The port 80 is available.
When I don't use log_config_module, I'm able to connect http://localhost/ only
to some pages.
There are also some pages which cause to crash and error, too.
But still, when I try to shutdown apache it throws an error and do not closed
properly.

--> (https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=26841)
An attachment that describes the error I have, when it happens for each command
I try to do with httpd.
