Log:
Removed bundleVersion parameter from formatEclipsePluginName() as not being used.

Refactored and fixed tests for InstallPluginsMojoTest.java

Added "org.eclipse.core:runtime:3.2.0-v20060603" into test repo m2repo/eclipseinstall for use by tests.
