occurs ClassNotFoundException when webapp reload

when i reload (update classes in /WEB-INF/classes) webapp,tomcat throws a
ClassNotFoundException so that this webapp cant reload.

i discover that these classes that tomcat cant found are webapp's listener class.

The same webapp can work fine at tomcat 4.1.24.
