Review Comment:
   @cloud-fan @sunchao This is used to support `literal BinaryComparator cast(exp as timesatmp)`, e.g.: `DATE '2023-01-01' < CAST(ts AS date)`. I have moved the logic to a new function: `needToCanonicalizeExpression`.
