   This likely is the result of a clock skew. The timestamp for the sequence is created in the controller at start and end. But the individual actions may run on different VMs. I'm inclined to close as won't fix, the VMs should use ntp. We could widen the end marker so it's the max of the two stamps, and the start is the min. @starpit thoughts?
