error OM moodle plugin

Hello,
OM 2.2 release
moodle plugin -
https://moodle.org/plugins/download.php/193/mod_openmeetings_moodle21_20111019.zip

in moodle getting error :
"wsdl error: XML error parsing WSDL from
http://168.144.xx.xx:5080/openmeetings/services/UserService?wsdl on line 8:
Mismatched tag"
i checked the configuration in moodle and everything ok.

unable to see what's wrong going to the URL
http://168.144.xx.xx:5080/openmeetings//services/UserService?wsdl
