Tomcat 3.1 and IBM JRE 1.3

Did any of you try to run Tomcat 3.1 on IBM JRE 1.3? When I try to run it it
shows me sth like this:

Using classpath:
D:\jakarta-tomcat\classes;D:\jakarta-tomcat\lib\webserver.jar;D
:\jakarta-tomcat\lib\jasper.jar;D:\jakarta-tomcat\lib\xml.jar;D:\jakarta-tom
cat\
lib\servlet.jar;C:\IBM\Java13\jre\lib\tools.jar
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.xml.parser.Parser

With JRE from Sun it runs OK. Do you know what's the problem?

You should add for which platform you're asking...
We're running Tomcat 3.1 with IBM JDK 1.3 on Linux without any
problems...
