build error 3/31/08

OS: win_xp-2-x86   compiler: icl-9.1 

The reason for this failure is because of the windows nightly build
machine failure.

OS: all windows    compiler: MSVC-9.0

The reason for this failure is the scripts used to parse the results are
parsing incorrectly.  This issue is being looked at and will be fix at a
later date.
