Revision 1372788 adds a name space mapping for the prefix xmlns. This causes the ExportDocViewTest test cases to fail:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The prefix "xmlns" cannot be bound to any namespace explicitly; neither can the namespace for "xmlns" be bound to any prefix explicitly.

In revision 1373279 I removed the mapping for xmlns.
Leaving the issue open until we have a correct solution.
