'Flat' and Interest Recalculation enabled with 'Reduced EMI Amount', is not
allowing making repayment before the scheduled repayment date.

Description:
1. Create a loan product with monthly repayment , flat interest and Interest recalculation enabled.
2. Disburse the loan on 1st April 2017 where first repayment will be on 1st may 2017(monthly repayment)
3. Try to make repayment on 17th April 2017.
