What about a "library" of useful extra functions?

Hi All, 

I have been working on a program using the Xerces-c (Actually C++ !! )
Library for about 
2 weeks now. I have completed my little project !!   Thanks for the help
that I got from 
this List !!   
To give something back I think I have a couple or more functions that could
be useful
to others.... Is there some place That I can upload them to? Some sort of
contributors 
library?
