On list chatting RE git repos

Hey guys

I just closed an infra ticket that Steve submitted to create a new daffodil
website git repo.

Typically these actions are done via selfserve.  IPMC members can request
them for podlings.  So please if you need resources, just ping on list
rather than create infra tickets.

Also, while you have a ticket open to move to gitbox please don't request
additional repos.  It creates additional work to do the migration.
