[struts-chain] 'servlet-standard' chain should include TilesPreProcessorCommand
Summary: [struts-chain] 'servlet-standard' chain should include
TilesPreProcessorCommand
Product: Struts
Version: Nightly Build
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: Unknown
AssignedTo: dev@struts.apache.org
ReportedBy: sean.schofield@gmail.com
I ended wasting a lot of time trying to figure out why Tiles wouldn't work
with struts-chain. I finally realized that the TilesPreProcessor command was
needed (and not included in the "servlet-standard" chain of chain-config.
>From the source code, it appears that there is no harm in executing this
command if Tiles is not configured.
I will submit a patch sometime soon if nobody else does (at work right now.)
