cloudstack RPM repoisitory

Hi All,

I downloaded the all rpm packages from the download page. No need to build the RPM repository and I can directly start configuring the RPM packages right, if I'm wrong please correct me.

It seems right. If you use the community run repositories, you don't 
need to build your own RPMs.
