I would understand better a request to set owner and group for the entries of
the war file, rather than the war file itself.
Maybe it is better to create chgrp, chown, chmod tasks in ant, but ant is going
to be huge if in the end we wrap all UNIX commands which can possibly be run in
installation or application management scripts (ldd, nm, ...).
