Splunk offers free licence ([https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.1.2/Admin/MoreaboutSplunkFree]) with very limited features. One of them is that "There are no users or roles.". It would be nice to allow camel-splunk component to not require credentials. It should be a very simple change, just to add conditions here: [https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/camel-splunk/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/splunk/SplunkConnectionFactory.java#L116]

 

This could allow creation of junit tests with testcontainer (splunk free server).
