gm = new GetMethod(url);
produces a NullPointerException using a relativ URL ("/foo/"). Same code works 
fine with 2.0.2.

The Bug was produced on 
IBM JDK 1.3.1.7 jdk0429.03 / WebSphere ApplicationServer 5.0
