Question about hanging exchanges
Since I've managed to get my Exchange handling under control, (such as
handling them properly) I've eliminated a lot of problems when developing
services. After about 19 days of running my services in my test
enviironment though, one of my CXF services has become unresponsive. I
don't see any problems when I look at the threads in the JMX console other
than some qtp1-? threads which look like this:
Name: qtp1-25
State: WAITING on org.apache.servicemix.jbi.messaging.InOutImpl@6164bd
Total blocked: 0 Total waited: 11

How do I diagnose why these exchanges are hanging? I'm not sure how I
figured out which service in the chain there exchanges are haniging at since
I don't see any other problems (I expect to see another thread hanging in a
different service, causing the request to not return). Under normal
circumstances, my requests and responses seem to return fine and the
exchanges to be handled fine as well, so I'm not sure what circumstance
would cause some exchanges to hang...
Any help on how to troubleshoot this would be great... thanks!
Ryan

Have you checked the logs for any exceptions ?
