[VOTE] Release Qpid CPP 0.34
Hi folks,
I have put together a RC for the Qpid CPP 0.34 release. The RC was produced
using r1687472 of the cpp dir from the qpid-cpp-0.34-rc branch.
You can find the files at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/qpid/cpp/0.34-rc1/
Please give things a test and cast your vote.

I tried it out the same way as the beta and all seemed well:
- Verified the checksums and sig
- Inspected the LICENCE and NOTICE files.
- Ran the build.
- Used the JMS client against the built broker.

Works well for me, all issues I've brought up have been resolved and I've
been using the RC in our development environment for about 24 hours without
issue at this point.

+1. I played around with the broker, clients and some of the related tools
- everything seems to work fine for me.

PS: I was wondering ... will the actual release also include
qpid-tools-0.34? Or only qpid-cpp-0.34?

Ran 0.34-rc1 on windows no problem.
qpid broker to non-qpid clients; qpid clients to non-qpid broker; .NET binding all ok.

router 0.4, activemq 5.12-snapshot, qpid-proton python, qpid-proton c
messenger, proton jms 0.3.0)

Built & installed on fedora21 using proton 0.9.1 (from testing repo)
Ditto Ubuntu 14.04LTS
Both passed running against the openstack amqp1.0 functional tests.
