Andrew Bayer commented on BUILDS-50:

We can add libaio, but do you really need to have something from npm installed on the system as root, or can you just install it in your workspace?

> ActiveMQ 6 needs libaio (e.g. apt-get install libaio) to run its full test-suite, and it also needs gitbook (npm install -g gitbook) to do a release build. I'm not sure how to go about getting these installed in the right place(s). I looked for a pre-build step in Jenkins hoping I could simply install them when the build ran, but I don't think that plugin is installed. Here's the current ActiveMQ 6 nightly regression build - https://builds.apache.org/job/ActiveMQ6-Nightly-Regression-Test/.
