I've enabled the last test in r1224864 - I had to switch it to not use the Tika facade (as that's not supported for the ForkedParser)
The tests now pass, and we get back the exception, so thanks!

Fix committed in r1224728.
I've also committed the tests, but I've had to leave one disabled as other ForkParser issues means we can enable it just yet
