Important : Typical Problem

Hi,
I have a typical problem of caching.
I have a java files which are part of my application.
They are in cache even after i kill my server + delete
all the temp directory in works folder of
tomcat(standalone).
If I start the server again its not able to read new
files and its taking value of old javafile.
Can anybody help
