The oak-trunk build (http://ci.apache.org/builders/oak-trunk) has been failing for a long while with "Permission denied" errors like these:

    starting svn operation
    rm -rf /home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build
    [...]
    rm: cannot remove `/home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build/analyze-hprof.pl': Permission denied
    rm: cannot remove `/home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build/oak-lucene/pom.xml': Permission denied
    rm: cannot remove `/home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build/oak-lucene/src/.svn/props': Permission denied
    [...]
    chmod -Rf u+rwx /home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build
    [...]
    program finished with exit code 1

It looks like the /home/buildslave21/slave21/oak-trunk/build directory needs to be cleared manually for the build to recover.
