We should change the {{FunctionCatalog}} so that it stores temporary functions as {{CatalogFunction}}s instead of instances of {{FunctionDefinition}} the same way we store {{CatalogTable}}s for temporary tables.

For functions that were registered with their instance we should create a {{CatalogFunction}} wrapper similar to {{ConnectorCatalogTable}}.
