Jetspeed2, JDK 1.5, and Tomcat 5.5 issues?
Howdy all,
I'm trying to deploy the latest jetspeed2 cvs tree with jdk 1.5 and
tomcat 5.5.9. It builds okay but once deployed to Tomcat it won't run.
The logs for Tomcat state:
org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create JDBC
driver of class '' for connect URL 'null'
.
.
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver
Now, if I change the jdk to 1.4.2 and tomcat to 5.0.30 and alter my
build.properties file accordingly, everything runs fine. The drivers
are where I say they are in the build.properties file and I can't find
the source of this error. I've tried this in the past and given up and
simply run the 1.4.2/5.0 setup because it works. But I figured I'd give
it another shot.
Has anyone else built and deployed Jetspeed2 using the same setup or
similar?
Cheers,
Elam

Ignore me. Had the wrong Tomcat major version.
