Exception thrown from org.apache.xerces.framework.XMLParser.reset()
The reset() method in the XMLParser class is specified to throw
Exception. Is this really nessesary? It would be nice if it could be
trimmed down to more specific Exception(s).
The same apply to some other public methods in the XMLParser class too.
