The JarWrapper and PreferredListGen man page uses jsk_install_dir and install_dir to refer to the installation location of the JSK. All references to jsk_install_dir should be changed to install_dir, which seems to be the defacto standard used on most (all?) other pages.

As there was still an incorrect statement in the {{JarWrapper}} javadoc caused as part of {{RIVER-161}} I take the opportunity to fix these as part of one commit.
