Running Web Appl. /WAR files with Netscape Enterprise Server/JSP

We're having trouble deploying and running web applications/WAR files using JavaServer pages, jakarta struts with Netscape Enterprise Server 6.1, Oracle8.1.7 and HPUX 11i?

We're thinking there might me something were missing in the environment settings or maybe our WAR file needs a different configuration for Netscape Enterprise Server 6.1

Any suggestions helpful,

Thanks,
M
