[D] Are role and role bindings mandatory [airflow]

We have a restricted environment where creation of roles and role bindings are prohibited. When we deployed the helm chart, it fails due to lack of privileges. Is there a way to by pass or any work around to deploy without the specified roles or by using default roles.
