1.0.2 release

Good job on shoving this out the door. Thanks to all that gave
the kick.

I did a little reorg of the binary directory and created a simlink
to /export/pub/httpd/dist/binaries

Could the owners of these directories please make the group 
writable?

I think Rob's choices of modules is fine with exception of the
missing mod_auth that Alexi pointed out. I'll be supplying mine
shortly.
