Change in the example

Hi, I think that it would be better to change the code of the first 
example in the user 
guide(http://ws.apache.org/axis/java/user-guide.html). The endpoint 
"http://nagoya.apache.org:5049/axis/services/echo" apparently isn´t 
working. In my honest opinion, it´s a bit frustrating when your first 
example with a new technology fails.
