Airavata server distrubution is modules/distribution/server

Hi All,

After updating code from git, if you still have module/distribution/airavata-server and airavata-client, please get rid of those projects manually. Git does not delete these folders(at least not for 2 different server i am using). The new airavata server distribution is modules/distribution/server and client. I figured this out after spending sometime debugging the problem.

Thanks
Raminder
