Re-retrieving stuff on reload(button)

Hi,
Very small q. (basically forgot :-[ ).

One has got a page,
Db refreshes itself (in the background)
User presses reload button on the browser
Expected: refreshed page => result (currently) zippo, no updated page

What was the trick again to get an updated page?
