[PR] Fix cross-provider extras in generated provider docs [airflow]

## What\n- Filter cross-provider dependency docs to only advertise provider extras that are actually installable.\n- Reuse the same required-dependency exclusion used by provider pyproject generation, so required provider packages are not shown as optional extras in README/index docs.\n- Add focused Breeze coverage for the OpenLineage repro and Trino cross-provider extras table.\n\n## Tests\n- uv run pytest tests/test_packages.py::test_convert_cross_package_dependencies_to_table tests/test_packages.py::test_get_cross_provider_dependent_extras_excludes_required_dependencies\n- uv run python - <<'PY' ... get_provider_documentation_jinja_context smoke check for openlineage/trino\n- uv run --with ruff ruff check src/airflow_breeze/utils/packages.py tests/test_packages.py\n\nCloses #63891
