[VOTE] Release Candidate JMeter 2.3 RC1
I've created JMeter 2.3 RC1 in the directory:

Site/Docs are here:

All feedback welcome.
[ ]+1 - the release candidate looks OK, proceed with full release
[ ]-1 - there is a problem (please indicate what it is)

Sorry, that was not clear - it's a vote to release 2.3 from that
bundle; it will need to be rebundled for final release.
