Re: Incubator (svn) website and clutch analysis published

The clutch process has been failing for the last three weeks.

If someone cares to research what broke that would be great. It looks like either the podlings.xml file is broken or there is some impact in the python environment,

I’m not sure when I’ll have time.

Best,
Dave

I think I've fixed the python issue with the HTML parsing of the
mailing list web pages.
The job has passed but I'll have to check later if the Clutch pages
have been properly built.

I am no expert on this scripting but I did some analysis.
The last success was July 7.
We don't have many commits to svn around them and the single one on
July 8 looks benign.
https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Incubator/job/Incubator-SVN-Clutch-Analysis-part-1/

The clutch2.sh is showing an issue since July 7.
https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/public/trunk/clutch2.sh?revision=1911409&view=markup#l19
This line is not evaluating a number value into $CLUTCH_COUNT_1 as
expected and the shell script fails at the end of the script because
$CLUTCH_COUNT_1 does not equal $CLUTCH_COUNT_2.

So it appears that `python3 clutch2status.py > clutch2pages.out` is
not succeeding.
I will try to print out clutch2pages.out if the $CLUTCH_COUNT_1 is not
evaluating as a number.
