    Description: 
When accessing Rest API through CLI  or SM UI it gets generic error message when deployment fails but the error message should be specific. As a example if partition deployment fails it will return "Error in deploying new partition definition". This error might be occurred due to following reasons.
- Partition is already exists
- Iaas provider is invalid.
