To track the project's releases (Bigtop) adoption we'd like to have a way to track the download stats for release artifacts (ideally, SNAPSHOTs too). However, I don't see if such functionality is available for a project PMC. I can think that such stats might be very useful for other TLP and Incubator projects.

Is it possible to have something along these lines?
