Mockito is only present in 4.0+ upwards so I will update the branches accordingly!

At least in 4.0 a preliminary prototype test I wrote for MYFACES-4737 showed that upgrading to the latest versions and adding the static mock support does not break the build (we are talking about test dependencies here)!
