Seems fine to me.  It would be helpful to include more details in the commit to understand why this was done and how to invoke the task.

You can test this change by:
1) deleting your `~/.gradle` directory
2) running `./gradlew resolveDependencies`
3) running `./gradlew build --parallel --offline`
