Cherry-pick of #23210 (CAMEL-23511) onto `camel-4.14.x`.

The upgrade-guide hunk (`camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_21.adoc`) was intentionally dropped — that file does not exist on `camel-4.14.x`, and per project policy the version-specific upgrade-guide files for ALL release lines live on `main`. The matching 4.14 upgrade-guide entry is added separately to `main` in a sibling doc-sync PR.
### Changes (4 files)
- `JGroupsRaftConstants.java` — header values renamed to the `CamelJGroupsRaft*` convention (field names unchanged)
- Regenerated `jgroups-raft.json` (component metadata + catalog mirror) and `JGroupsRaftEndpointBuilderFactory.java`
### Validation
- [x] Full reactor `mvn clean install -DskipTests` from repo root on `camel-4.14.x` — BUILD SUCCESS, no regen drift
