Initial programme and speaker info online

Greetings!

The initial programme and speaker list is now available on
the ApacheCon Web site, at:

	<http://ApacheCon.Com/html/sessions.html>
and	<http://ApacheCon.Com/html/speakers.html>

It's still being updated and revised, but most of the information
is there.  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS PRELIMINARY.  Some of
the session abstracts are being revised, and it is quite possible
that other minor chnages may occur as well.
