   Create Tour of Beam MVP application consisting of backend and frontend with the following functionality:
   
   -  - landing page with table of contents and SDK selection
   -  - main page with table of contents, learning materials section and playground
   -  - localization support
   
   - [Tour of Beam] [Task] Backend API functions for getting SDK list and table of contents
   - [Tour of Beam] [Task] Landing page with table of contents and SDK selection
   - [Tour of Beam] [Task] Backend API functions for getting module/unit content and examples source code
   - [Tour of Beam] [Task] Main page with table of contents, learning materials section and playground
   - [Tour of Beam] [Task] Localization support for Tour of Beam frontend
