Updated Contributor's Guide

I've enclosed an updated copy of the Contributor's Guide (which will 
eventually be renamed Developer's Guide, when the current Developer's Guide is 
renamed to User's Guide).

Anyway, I've added a bunch of docs on how to create new Mock unit tests and 
more on how to configure the build environment, documentation, and JUnit.
