Bhupendra Bhardwaj resolved QPID-57.

Resolution: Fixed
AMQueueMBean now has these two features along with others-
- getting all messages in the queue. This returns message attribtues other than the content.
- getting message content. This returns message content(byte array) along with MimeType and encoding for a given message id. MimeType and encoding can be used to decode the message content for mime type text/plain
