Build properties file sample.personal.properties in weinre.build should contain an option to configure proxy for Ant Get target.

Thanks for the issue; is this the only place where are proxy is needed though? The weinre build also obtains some files via svn, etc; am curious if you got the build to run to completion with just a proxy config for the Get task.

If you would pass parameters to Ant as ANT_OPT this shouldn't be the case. But actually I didn't test other Ant tasks since I found an already compiled binary and switched to work with it.
