Best version

Hi guys,
i need some help! I would like to know if there is many differences  between
Tomcat 4.0 X TomCat 4.1.8, regarding some questions like: stability,
performance, others one... My application will have about 60 users and uses
JSP and javabeans ( not ejb).

If you are starting new, use 4.1.X
