[jira] [Created] (INFRA-3987) File deleted from svn trunk for Apache CMS-based project site still visible on published site

File deleted from svn trunk for Apache CMS-based project site still visible on published site
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-3987
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3987
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: CMS
            Reporter: Ian Dickinson
            Priority: Minor

The following URL:

http://incubator.apache.org/jena/contributing.html

was generated from a file in our Apache CMS web site that has now been deleted from the svn trunk. However, the page remains active on the published site. Could someone please remove that file from the public web directory? Or point me in the direction I need to do that myself?

I also wonder whether a bugrep needs filing against CMS to ensure that deleted files from the trunk are also deleted from the published site.

<gmcdonald> you should also delete from staging svn. In future delete the directory from within the CMS and avn up to avoid this

gmcdonald: thanks for the comment. I'm not sure where the staging svn is, however, so that I can delete the file. Could you give me the repo URL please?

<danielsh> yes, please file a JIRA issue against CMS regarding the deletes issue. Also could you please attach http://paste2.org/p/1691577 to the new issue? Thanks.
